Pyramid Roofing Team Member Jumps Into Action to Serve The Community
Feb. 18, 2013: Pyramid Roofing President Dan Worstell is constantly challenging his employees. Recently, he encouraged them to get involved in the community by joining a service club or through volunteer work and one employee stepped up to the challenge by joining the largest service organization in the world, The Lions Club.

This past week, one local club, The York Lions club, was glad to welcome James Jernigan into the fold. James joined his parents in the York Lions club with the District Governor, Mr. Stanley Furman there to induct him as the club’s newest member. James says
“I am proud to be a part of an organization with the long history of service that the Lions has created. I also realize the responsibility I have to continue that long tradition of service“.

The Lions Club is known world wide for its commitment to helping the blind and hearing impaired. The York Lions have also helped many local outreach groups through donations and through volunteering. Some examples include volunteering with Meals on Wheels and donations to the Natasha House.
